The point 12.2. of supplementary regulations of Rally Talsi 2003 is added- Time of prize giving ceremony and prize giving ceremony order.

To all competitors after arriving to TC 11 must place their competitions cars in Parc Ferme in territory of "Talsu Autotransports". All indicated crews with their cars accompanied with technical scruteneers must arrive to the last technical commission in territory of "Talsu Autotransports". After Parc Ferme cancellation to competitors will be presented the new start list for arriving to prize giving ceremony in Talsi, Kareivju str. 7. This start list will be in reverse order.

All competitors will receive a control card in exit of Parc Ferme. Competitors with their cars must arrive in finish podium in time of 10 min. If a crew will not effected this point, they will be penalized with 50 LVL
