- Information for non-latvian rally crews! These Latvia border crossing places are informed about the possibility of international rally crews to come over: Ainazi, Valka, Terehova, Grebneva, Paternieki, Cilene!
- Rally Talsi "2003" ticket prices: one Special stage - 0.50 LVLSuper Special stage (CVS track) - 1.00 LVLall Special stages - 2.50 LVL
Tickets and magazine "Rallijs" with rally track maps inside (descriptions in Latvian only) are available in rally pub "L4!", in Narvesen trade points and will be available also on special stages.
